At DreamPixify, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure and reliable experience while using our application specialized in image generation, image resolution enhancement, and image editing. This policy outlines how we handle your personal data and the images processed through the application.

1Information We Collect

  • AI-Generated ImagesWhen you use the image generation feature in the app, your text prompt (description) is sent to Runware AI (https://runware.ai/) for image generation. Only the prompt is shared with Runware; no other personal information is transmitted. The generated images are temporarily stored for displaying and using them within the app.
  • Images Edited or EnhancedWe do not retain images that you edit or enhance in resolution. These images are processed directly through external APIs provided by WaveSpeedAI (https://wavespeed.ai) and ImageRouter.io (https://imagerouter.io) and are not stored on our servers.
  • User InformationWe collect personally identifiable information only when necessary for the app's operation (e.g., email address during registration). We do not use this data for service improvement or analytics.
  • Device IDs and IP AddressesWe collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and other IDs for advertising purposes through Google AdMob to provide personalized ads. Additionally, we collect and use these identifiers to monitor for misuse, prevent abuse of our services, and enforce our terms.

2How We Use Your Data

  • Generated ImagesImages created by artificial intelligence are stored temporarily by our API provider for processing and display. Deletion is subject to the API provider's retention policy.
  • Processed Images (Editing or Resolution Enhancement)These images are not stored or retained on our servers, as they are processed directly via the WaveSpeedAI and ImageRouter.io APIs.

3Sharing Data with Third Parties

  • Runware AIText prompts (descriptions) are sent to Runware AI (https://runware.ai/) for image generation. Only the prompt text is shared with Runware for the purpose of generating images. We recommend reviewing their privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.
  • WaveSpeedAI & ImageRouter.ioImages that are edited or enhanced in resolution are sent to WaveSpeedAI or ImageRouter.io via their APIs for processing. We do not control their privacy practices, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies at https://wavespeed.ai and https://imagerouter.io to understand how they handle your data.
  • Google AdMobDevice identifiers and advertising-related data are shared with Google AdMob for ad serving and analytics. Please review Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.
  • No Other SharingWe do not share generated images or other personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

4User Responsibility

You, as the user, are solely responsible for your use of the app and any content you create or upload. DreamPixify is not liable for any misuse of images or content generated or processed through the app. You must ensure that any images you upload or generate comply with local and international laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

5Data Deletion

Device identifiers and IP addresses are collected for advertising purposes through Google AdMob and for security purposes (such as preventing abuse and monitoring misuse). Security-related identifiers are retained as long as necessary to enforce our terms and protect our services. Advertising IDs are handled according to Google's policies.

AI-generated and processed images are temporarily stored by our API providers (for example, WaveSpeedAI and ImageRouter.io) for processing and display. If an API provider retains a copy, it will be removed according to their retention policy and may not be immediately deletable by DreamPixify.

Images that are edited or enhanced in resolution are not stored on our servers and are processed directly by the external provider.

6Security

We implement standard security measures to protect temporarily stored generated images and other user data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we advise against uploading images containing sensitive information.

7Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or by email if you have provided an email address.
